Job Description

One Federal Solution is seeking a Warehouse/Property Specialist to support federal property operations. This position focuses on the day‐to‐day handling, tracking, and accountability of government‐owned assets. The specialist will assist with receiving, storing, documenting, and reconciling property and inventory items while following established regulations and internal procedures. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, is highly organized, and can manage responsibilities in a fast‐paced environment.

Warehouse/Property Specialist​​​​​​​ Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands‐on support with property handling, storage, and custodial tasks for government personnel
  • Receive incoming items, update logs, and organize property in designated storage areas
  • Assist with evaluating property condition and preparing items for disposal or replacement
  • Keep inventory files, spreadsheets, and asset records up to date and audit‐ready
  • Monitor contract storage locations to ensure materials are properly controlled
  • Conduct routine and periodic inventory checks, identify discrepancies, and correct record variances
  • Prepare documentation and maintain proper records to comply with federal property guidelines

Warehouse/Property Specialist Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply support, or property accountability
  • Knowledge of supply and inventory management principles and standard practices
  • Background working with decentralized or decontrolled property items
  • Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • High school diploma or GED
