IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and evaluate business processes, requirements, and systems for DoD programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, refine, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver detailed Monthly Progress and Status Reports in accordance with CDRL A004.
• Track project deliverables and ensure products and tasks are accurately reported.
• Support decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with program management and technical teams to ensure project goals are met.

IT Business Analyst Required Qualifications:

• Must maintain a SECRET Facility Clearance.
• Must possess SECRET clearance eligibility (favorably adjudicated T3/T3R or equivalent) prior to starting work.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field supporting DoD programs.
• Strong knowledge of DoD processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Experience preparing and submitting deliverables in compliance with CDRLs.
• 5 years of demonstrated intermediate knowledge in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• 5 years of experience in professional writing, including creating and completing process documentation such as training and instructional materials, guidelines, workflow maps, processes, and procedural documentation.
• 5 years of experience working on DoD programs.
• 5 years of intermediate knowledge in supporting DoD software development projects and programs.
• 5 years of experience developing processes, tools, templates, and maintaining metrics.
• 5 years of demonstrated experience managing Six Sigma projects following the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) methodology.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated experience utilizing ServiceNow.

IT Business Analyst Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher-level degree) required.
• Substitution of a bachelor's degree is allowable if the candidate has 10 years of related work experience in addition to the three years of experience required for this category.
