One Federal Solution Awarded SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)
July 23‚ 2010 – One Federal Solution has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indenfinite-quantity multiple-award contract by the Navy’s SeaPort Enhanced acquisition program. The contract was awarded after a competitive bidding procurement conducted by the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Web site.
The award has a four-year base period with one five-year award term. Funding will be provided at the time of the task order award, enabling multiple funding types to be used.
The SeaPort-e Contract allows One Federal Solution to offer its services to the Department of Navy through the SeaPort-e contracting vehicle. As an 8(a) Certified, Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business we hope to establish a greater presence with the Navy by providing information technology solutions, professional training and administrative support services.

Advanced Management Strategies Group, Inc. (AMSG) is a SDVOSB that specializes in change management and collaboration training. We have an experienced staff of professionals with experience in Logistics, Systems Engineering and Acquisition and Program Support. While AMSG has experience in a number of functional areas, we specialize primarily in collaborative solutions that leverage Windows SharePoint Services and related technologies. AMSG provides an agile and responsive capability, with core services built around Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and tools, including life cycle cost estimating methodologies.
AMSG is actively involved in providing Program Manager (PM) Support for the USMC Integrated Digital Environment (IDE), a COTS integration, using Siemens Team Center PLM Software and recently developed the BCA for the Prepositioning Decision Support Analysis Tool (PDSAT), a USMC pre-positioning support effort that will enhance the Marine Corps’s ability to rapidly plan for and implement changes to prepositioned equipment quantities. AMSG provides technical excellence in executing studies and analytical activities associated with the Intermediate and Retail Level USMC supply functions and specific experience with USMC Supply Chain Study Activities and related Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) efforts. AMSG currently supports MARCORSYSCOM C4, PG-09, PG-10, HQMC LPO 2, and TFSMS.
Namtra Business Solutions, Inc. (NBS) is a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certified, Woman-Owned, Small and Disadvantaged Business that is also a Seaport “Enhanced” prime contractor and has strong relevant past performance on multiple U.S. Navy contracts. NBS has annual revenues of $7M, employs 150 people and has offices in each of the seven Zones. NBS has successfully implemented more than 300 IT, and professional services projects, and served more than 100 clients in the private as well as the Government sector, over past 12 years.
NBS provides operational support including programming, Web development, Software Engineering support, System Administration, Database Administration, Network Administration, Independent Verification & Validation, Information Assurance, Testing, and Engineering services to several Federal agencies including U.S. Navy-NAVAIR, U.S. Army-CECOM & TACOM, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)-National Institute of Health (NIH), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), U.S. Postal Service, U.S. Department of Education, and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)-Federal Highway Administration (FHA).
NBS is currently providing professional support services to various NAVSEA Warfare centers in all seven zones as a subcontractor to BP, CSC, E&Y, and LMIT. Collectively, they provide naval architecture and marine engineering; electronic systems engineering; Information Technology and Security solutions; vessel system assessments; maintenance engineering and program development; shipyard industrial engineering; and complete logistics services from technical manual development to provisioning documents, spare parts management and training.
